Refund Policy

At Design Craze, all décor services are custom-designed and prepared specifically for each event. Because of this, we maintain the following Refund Policy.
By booking our services or submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your event date and cover design time, preparation, and materials.

Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Custom Services & Installations
Because our services involve custom designs, labor, and materials, refunds are not provided once work has begun.
This includes:

Balloon garlands and arches
-
Backdrops and statement pieces
-
Full event installations
-
Custom color palettes or themed designs
3. Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations
-
Deposits remain non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled event, the full balance may be due, as materials and labor are already allocated.
4. Rescheduling

One reschedule may be allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Additional reschedules may result in a rescheduling fee.

Deposits will transfer to the new date if rescheduling requirements are met.
5. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor installations:

Design Craze is not responsible for weather-related issues (heat, wind, rain, humidity) after installation.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related damage or balloon performance affected by environmental conditions.
6. Event Delays & Access Issues
Refunds will not be issued for:

Delays caused by venue access restrictions
-
Client or venue-caused setup delays
-
Early event teardown requested by client or venue
7. Dissatisfaction & Issues

If you are dissatisfied with your setup:

Please notify us immediately during installation or at the event

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns on-site

Refunds will not be issued after the event has concluded.
8. Payment Errors
If you believe a payment was processed in error, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
