Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Design Craze provides custom balloon décor and event installation services, including but not limited to balloon garlands, arches, backdrops, and full event installations.

All services are custom-designed based on the client’s event details, space, color palette, and preferences.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All prices are custom quotes, unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotes are based on event size, design complexity, materials, delivery distance, setup requirements, and event duration.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.

  • Pricing may change if event details are modified after the quote is issued.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Your event is not reserved until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due before or on the event date, as specified in your invoice.

Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

  • If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, full payment may be required.

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule may be permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

5. Event Setup & Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring:

  • Timely access to the venue

  • Adequate setup space

  • Venue approval for décor installation

  • Delays caused by venue access issues may result in reduced setup time or additional fees.

6. Outdoor Events

  • For outdoor installations:

  • Weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, humidity) can affect balloon performance.

  • Design Craze is not responsible for balloon damage caused by weather or environmental factors after installation.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather-related issues beyond our control.

7. Design & Materials

  • Balloon colors and materials are selected based on availability.

  • Slight color variations may occur.

  • Exact replication of inspiration photos is not guaranteed, but we strive to match the overall style and vision.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information

  • Notify Design Craze of any changes as soon as possible

  • Ensure children and guests do not handle or tamper with installed décor

  • Design Craze is not responsible for damage caused by guests or venue staff after installation.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, Design Craze reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Design Craze is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Venue restrictions or removal of décor by venue staff

  • Post-installation damage caused by guests, weather, or venue conditions

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

11. Website Use

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Design Craze and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • Design Craze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
